For Ultraxion in LFR difficulty, you can basically ignore your Heroic Will button with proper use of cooldowns, healthstones, etc. You can also start the fight with righteous fury active and shorten the cooldown on your defensive cooldowns. Just be sure to turn it off after combat starts. On normal difficulty, you can stay out for some of the early Hour of Twilight casts, but the damage becomes too much later in to the fight and without the assistance of healer cooldowns, you won't be able to stay out and survive. The fight is relatively melee friendly and going to such extremes isn't a strict requirement or anything, but it does allow you to squeeze out just that little extra DPS.

From the position of one of your raid healers, please don't be that guy. Just because you CAN ignore Heroic Will doesn't mean you SHOULD, even if it is LFReasymode.

I wouldn't advise that.On LFR, the dps check is so low you can use the button without problems. And if you don't use it, trust me, if a wipe happens healers will scold you for not pushing the button.

A thousand times this. Ultraxion is already a game theorist's wet dream without people competing at Hour of Twilight. Hit your Heroic Will button like all the cool kids and take your reduced dps on the chin.As a side note, DS has been out for weeks. I you're reading this and your UI doesn't have room for the Extra Action Button, that is not an excuse.
