Resto druids really only excel in 2s at the moment due to cyclone being very effective in the lower brackets (make sure you have 280spell penetration to make sure it never is resisted), with a dps thatcan CC nicely, like a mage or a lock, or a melee that puts out stupiddamage like a frost dk or even a rogue

To anyone thinking of doing 3s as a beginer .. don't, people generally don't start in 3s until they have a lot of gear (around 4k-4.3k resil) and also not many people with a low MMR (match making ranking) queue, which results in longer queues and getting paired against much higher teams (my team at 1300mmr was hitting 1500-1800 mmr teams)
