Haven't read all the comments, so sorry if this is a repeat ... any mention on whether the nerfs will cap at some ultimate percentage?

And what about enrage timers ... not much use reducing boss damage if the raid still can't kill him in time. Was there word on that?

The reducing boss health AND damage. If you could only make it to 5% before the enrage one week you should be able to down it with the that same level of DPS after the nerf
