There was a commenter on a blue post that brought up that exact idea- If the nerf is 5% and normally get's to 30-35% then it would mean they are planning to do this for the next 5-6 months to get to that number. So to me, if you want to say anything about MoP's release, I would think this means later rather than sooner. Either way, I think we should wait for beta to open up before we start trying to say it will release in any particular month.
