The link to the "full list of blizzard servers" just links to the original WoW.com article instead of the list of servers still being auctioned off. The link to the "store" in the original article linked to as "official blizzard site" doesn't provide a listing of the server blades still being auctioned off.
Its fine to link back to your own site but it shouldn't be misleading or lead to old information.

Just a mispaste; no need to be sassy.

It's the internet, that's reason enough to be sassy

Only for thumbdicks.

Given how most links in articles here link back to a previous post about the subject from this site it is impossible to tell if its merely a wrong paste or a purposeful link back that isn't useful.

Not all the money is going to charity; the net proceeds are. That means any money remaining after the costs incurred by the sale. A very small, yet important, distinction.
"We’ll be releasing one last batch of EU retired server blades on January 23. Don’t miss your final opportunity to take part in this charity auction. Net proceeds will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital."

From someone who lost a child to cancer 19 months ago at the age of 4, I ask that people educate others about good charities and bad ones.
This is a good charity. Net profits are a part of almost every fund raising, but this is not one of those cases where some douchebags are taking over half the funds for themselves. I have run across charities that take close to 90%.

I bagged one of these from my server before Christmas and had it delivered in the new year. It really does look the part, sitting all shiny and imposing near the computer :)
The fact that it also helps out with money to charity is the icing on the cake!
Of course, now my wife has incontrovertible proof I am a complete geek, ah well...
