Spice up your boss kills with custom victory music

Deadly Boss Mods - Victory Sound is a cool little addon that adds to your already existing DBM installation and allows you to select the music you would like to hear when a boss dies. There are plenty of premade victory sounds included with the addon when you download it, but the real magic is copying over your own tracks to play.
Here's how to add in your own song for Victory Sound to play. First, make sure WoW is shut down, or restart the game after you add files to addon folders. WoW needs to be restarted to see new changes to physical file additions. Second, find your installed directory for Victory Sound. Here's a picture of where the direction will most likely be:

To stop a song from playing mid-song, you'll need to type /script StopMusic(). Personally, I made a macro for when I just don't want to hear the whole song. It happens.
Download Deadly Boss Mods - Victory Sound at [WoWInterface].
This mod requires Deadly Boss Mods, which is a great raid timers and encounters addon. You can find DBM at [Curse].

...where WAS this Addon 6 months ago?!? I've let my subscription expire temporarily, but what does it say when I'm tempted to resubscribe early JUST to play with this addon?
Da da da daaaa, daa daa da da da!!

An old addon mentioned here I believe called Comix does something similar (and more). Whenever you change zones you'd get zelda or mario music. Kill a boss you'd get victory music from Final Fantasy. Do melee attacks you'd get bish and pow sounds, magic effects would also generate sounds and such with exaggerated comic word bubbles sayingn things like "bow! bish! zap!" and such. Jump and it'd make a 'boing' sound, among other things... Actually a very funny addon.

Some good choices:
* Any of the Final Fantasy Victory Fanfares by Nobuo Uematsu
* Queen's "We Are The Champions"
* "You're The Best" by Joe Esposito
Yeah, okay, they're kind of the boring standards. So sue me.

This is the absolute best victory song that has ever been created in the history of all mankind right here:

@Pyro: Two Steps from Hell is the best raiding music!

If you mention Queen... "Another one bites the dust" would fit the game much better IMHO.

Sweet! I've always wondered how to do it but was lazy to look this info up.

This reminds me of one of my mage addons (mage nuggets I believe it is), but when I pop mirror image it plays the A-team theme song while the images are active. Freakin epic.

hmm... one of my addons plays the Time Warp (from Rocky Horror) whenever i fire off Time Warp. it's so faint that i didn't notice it for the longest time, but now i look for it -- i wonder if it's Mage Nuggets. it's funny, but i was wondering if i could change it to something else before i get really sick of it. thanks for pointing me to Mage Nuggets as the culprit. : )

@ Prelimar
It is Mage Nuggets that plays "Timewarp" and you can toggle that on/off. I thought I read somewhere that you can change the music it plays but I don't know where/how to do that (too lazy).

For those of you that wanted the Final Fantasy Victory Fanfare, Dues Vox Encounters comes with it. I've been using that instead of DBM since ICC. The first time I heard the sound when I killed Marrowgar, I was so surprised and excited that it played it.
