A fresh Spriest reading this article for information isn't going to have Dragonwrath. It is therefore the hardest item on the list to obtain since it takes months. This is of course in contrast to a seasoned Spriest reading this article for *confirmation*, and that bunch probably already had a strong suspicion that Dragonwrath is still BiS
