The only successful flag-score I ever got was in fairly low-level (mid-20's) with my worgen rogue. Having effectively half the cooldown on dash (thanks to the racial) is great for speed and at lower-levels at least there is still something to be said for sneaky-FC who steals the flag, dissapears into the scenery and then hides near the flag room for a chance to score.
Sadly the old "sneak-and-win" tactic is basically impossible at higher levels - which is ironic since CTF was copied from older first-person-shooters and there it was a very viable tactic if you were good at sneaking, sniping and camping.
