I'm pretty sure the Cataclysm elders weren't in the game last year. Wowhead lists the achievement as added in 4.3 and it would explain why no one has the coordiantes.

Huh, I just assumed I must have screwed up. Oh well, I'd be up anyway to check on their coordinates -- shouldn't take long to add them once the holiday goes live.

They were in last year. I don't think they were required for the meta-achievement, but they helped boost your coin total if you were trying to buy one MILLION dumplings (man I love those dumplings).
