doesn't the 4-pc tier bonus proc Ravage when you use tiger's fury? or did i misunderstand the bonus?

You leap to proc ravage, use it, then tiger's fury and ravage again. 2 ravages in that short time frame can account for upwards of 15% of your total tendon dps.
