As far as #4 goes, I love Necrosis - a tidy little addon that organizes my stuff and unclutters my action bars. There's a big action button you can customize (Soulburn for me), as well as several other buttons that have dropdown style menus with demons, buffs, stones, etc. as well as a couple of visual counters to track mana, soul stones, etc. Been using it since early Wrath and love it!
