8. Make it so that if a guild moves to a different server.. the remaining guild on the old server isn't reset to 0. Perhaps not the full number of levels or achievements. Maybe just halve everything. Make level 25 guilds into level 12 and half way to level 13. Do the same for achievements.

You already ripped the guild apart and took a chunk of the active members with you, right now guild server moves kill guilds and leaves the people behind with a very bitter taste in their mouths.
