I would like to see love for smaller guilds. Right now it's very hard for start up guilds to compete with the level 25 behemoths that are established on every server. More successful guilds are a good thing, and allowing smaller guilds some breathing room to level up might encourage and extra bit of community that people are looking for. I'm hoping things like pet battles and scenarios will help bump up guild XP for the casual, friends and family or altoholic type guilds we all know and love.
It would be nice if running a dungeon with just one other person from your guild (or LFR) would give you a small percentage of XP as well.. so that during dry seasons like holidays or finals week, you could still feel like you were making some progress in your guild, even if most of the members are busy.
