If you feel like you have no choice about raid size, you know what you can do? You can find twenty-four other people who want to do 25-mans! Science! Unless you're saying you think there are that few people per faction per server that actually want to do 25-mans, in which case I'm really not sure where the burning problem is.

Agreed. The reason 25 mans are dying off is because nobody wants to actually go through the hassle of putting one together. The amount of time wasted multiplies exponentially by the number of people involved.25 man raids deserve to go the way of the 40 man raids.
