I concur with points 4 and 7.The recruitment tools are nearly nonexistent to the point where I had to get an addon just to tell me that someone had applied. Also, there needs to be an invite queue so that you don't need to be online for someone to be recruited. Too many times people will not be online at the same time I am.Designing a better/fancier tabard would be very nice, as the current options are limited and most I just have luke warm feelings about.I abhor point 2One of the biggest mistakes of Cataclysm was making top-end items only available to big guilds so that smaller guilds couldn't compete. I hate to say it, but it wreaks of class warfare, where the big get bigger and the small die young.Points 1, 3, 5, and 6 I am undecided about.I see pluses and minuses to each of those.
