Oh and on the topic of guild bound legendaries, no. Just no. There are people who, while they are in a guild, cannot make regular raid times, and want to be able to have something like Dragonwrath for themselves. Being able to get that can infact be a personal effort if you pug Firelands every week, as I've been doing on my priest, with the exception of only the extra boss. You end up doing Firelands with people who want to do it anyway, for their own reasons, meaning that it's not really a group effort to get that staff. Yes you could not have gotten it without other people, but even without those specific people, there would always be others interested in doing Firelands for their own reasons, be it gear, rep, mounts or acheivements or maybe even just for the gold. Hell sometimes I still just go do it for something to do when I'm bored.
