One of my friends played the gem market on our server and made like 300k gold or something. He quit for a bit before 4.3 hit and left me most of it, but then got pissy when he got back and 10% was gone from buying stuff for our friends with it.

He took it back and then quit again to go play SWTOR. I'm sad I cant' buy things for my friends anymore.

He left it to you and expected you not to spend it? I believe Blizz still doesn't delete characters if left unused for a while, so I'm confused why he did that if you weren't supposed to use any...
