I use ReagentRestocker. It allows you to set up a Buy list and amount so that whenever you visit a vendor, it automatically restocks to the set amount. Great for glyphs where you need 500 parchments in one go. You can also set up reputation requirements for the discount, and Sell lists that automatically vendor certain items.
