Ah, I had one just the other day.

Hour of twilight. Players are me (fire mage), rogue, and three guildies from another server. The tank is somewhat competent. The healer has no idea what he's doing. The hunter does 3k DPS, when he participates at all. None of the guildies have any gems or enchants. The rogue and I are doing high 20s on DPS.

We get through the first two bosses, slowly but successfully, but then Benedictus... We wiped 7 times. I decided that I was going to stick with it until they gave up or kicked me, purely out of stubbornness. I give the healer some tips, but he rudely rebuffs me, claiming to have healed that dungeon "thousands of times." Getting the Shear debuff was a death sentence, because the healer could neither cleanse or heal through it. I would Ice Block it off if I could. The healer went OOM within 15 seconds of the pull, so I was on my own for health. I'd save Mirror Image to use as a threat dump after the three guildies died (which happened every pull) and the rogue and I had to finish the job.

Yes, I'm still annoyed two weeks later.
