Lightwell = Awesome. But only when people actually use it. To somewhat increase the chances of this, I added a macro to my Lightwell. It goes like this...

"That glowy thing floating just above the ground is a Lightwell. Think of it like a healing genie. Click it, and your healing wish comes true. Don't, and I refer to you as "noob" for the remainder of the instance."

I thought at first it might be mildly offensive (not that I was all that concerned either way) but the reality is that most of the people I group with end up actually using it, and it makes my job a lot easier. Most people just laugh at the macro. To date I think I've only had to call 2 or 3 people noob for the rest of an instance. Fun times.
