This might be stupid, I guess, but either way. There has always been this "few see blah blah" part to it, and Blizzard should have an idea of how true, but it'd seem to me with all the alts that folks have (not as bad as I was perhaps, but I'd say a good portion of them have at least 2 more alts), the content seems to have a lot more accessibility than saying "only ten percent of the population will see it".A bit rambling, I suppose, it just seems to me that even with the Cataclysm leveling revamp we're still just expected to "get through" the leveling process, so the class quest doesn't fit into that. I'd love to see a max level questline for each class that plays to their strengths and results in a trinket or something unique. I used to do the Sunken Temple level 50 quests on every alt.

Most of us rush through the leveling process, either because we've seen it before or so we can get to the endgame. That's why Silithus and Winterspring are abandoned, and why the Plaguelands were retuned to a lower level; nobody goes there anymore because they figure they can level faster in Hellfire Peninsula. Blizz is just giving us what we wanted.Class quests don't have to be huge time sinks to be worthwhile. In Theramore or Stonard, Expert First Aid practitioners can take a quest called Triage. It didn't take long, but it worked well because it required three things:First, a trip to somewhere you're probably not already going. Storytellers call this "crossing the threshold".Second, a reasonable test of skill. You're surrounded by wounded soldiers who will die unless you bandage them; you must save fifteen before six expire. To succeed, you need to prioritize the patients in a way that maximizes the number of survivors, even if that means letting a Critically Injured patient die.Third, a meaningful reward. Until 3.1, this was the only way to advance First Aid past 225.If that's still too much trouble, make the quests optional. You can either learn a skill at level 35 by doing the class quest, or you can learn it at level 38 from the trainer (keep it within the same PvP bracket to minimize QQ's). Or you can award gear, like the Cyclonian quest mentioned in the article. Sure, almost nobody *needs* a rare axe that they'll soon outgrow, but I chose to do that quest because it's a good story and it tested my skills as a warrior.
