I was worried this was just going to be general tips that are relevant for every class like some of these articles seem to be, but I think you did a very nice job of incorporating specific tips for the two shaman dps specs :)Thank you for the article...and excuse me while I go take Unleashed Weapons off my casting bar for my ele shaman...

And here I thought that both DPS specs used Unleash Elements whenever they refresh flame shock, but maybe that is just enhancement; I haven't played a lot of ele since ICC.Speaking of, is there an addon that does a good job of alerting you about Lava Surge procs? When I have played ele, I find it very easy to miss Lava Surge in the amount of combat text that scrolls by in a raid, and I'm looking forward to possibly going back to ele in Mists if the new talent system increases survivability, as I suspect it will. Right now I just can't live without Shamanistic Rage.

@PazazuMiK Scrolling Battle Text used to pop up a raid-warning style alert when Lava Surge procced. I haven't used it in a while though. You could use Power Auras or Tell Me When to flash a graphic when either Lava Surge procs, or when Lava Burst is off of cooldown and you are in combat.

@PazThe best lava surge addon I have found is Totem Timers, it just works so well, no complex configuration needed, has all cooldowns clesrly visable and the indicator for lava surge is impossible to miss, I think all elemental shaman should use it.
