I agree. I have all four healers at 85. I love healing on my paladin, but there is just something wrong with HR (and LoD pointing to the side... but that's neither here nor there). When my shaman is going oom to try and keep up with heals and my paladin is spamming HR all day and /loling from the top of the meters, there's a problem. Granted, my shaman's gear isn't as good, but the fact is, and I know that blizz is trying to do away with tank healers and raid healers, shaman have traditionally been raid healers and have the tools for it, while paladins have always been tank healers, and now they're doing better at the job shaman used to do. It begs the question: where does that leave shaman?I know shaman can still heal, and I've seen good ones do very well, but in my experience they have a big problem with mana.
