I dont mind 25s having a seperate achievement with perhaps a different coloured mount or something aesthetic as a reward.

However they should not have more loot because then it would go back to making people feel like they HAVE to raid 25s in order to gear up the best way.

The sad fact is that now people have a choice about how they raid and its clear that most people do prefer to raid in 10s for various reasons. For me I raid in 10s because I prefer the closer knit raiding team along with feeling that my personal contribution is more valuable and less diluted.

It is a tricky question though: How do you make 25 man raiding attractive without making it feel like its mandatory for those wanting to gear up etc.
