I have a hard enough time finding 9 other people I like enough to want to spend my free time with. As soon as they announced 25s and 10s having identical loot, I knew I would never raid 25 mans again as long as the loot is the same. I never enjoyed raiding with people I didn't like just to get better loot, but I did for Vanilla and 2 expansions.

threesixteen is using the same fictitious argument 25 man raiders have been using to artificially inflate their epeen this entire expansion. The additional challenge of 25 mans lies in the logistics and computer-load. Nothing more. Basic math shows there is less margin of error in 10 man. 1 death in 10 man = 10% of your raid force is down. In 25 man, it's 4%.
