In our 25-man normal-mode raids, there still isn't any margin for error. We had a lot of problems with normal-mode Ultraxion when we were first learning it because 1/25 people failing to hit the button still meant that we wouldn't have enough DPS to beat the enrage timer (and getting 25 people to hit the button at the right time isn't any easier than getting 10 people to do it). There are still a lot of fights where one person messing up means you will wipe and have to start over again, and on 25-man fights, it just gives you more opportunities for one person to screw up. For hard mode encounters, the margin of error is even tighter than normal-modes, and the people who can't click the buttons or move at the right time are still a liability in 25's just as much as they are in 10's.
