I agree with Tim (except I've never raided 25s - only been playing for about a year, and only raiding for half that).For people that believe that WoW Raiding is "Serious Business(TM)"... sounds like 25 man raids are for you. I say this, cause they sound like work. For someone like me - I enjoy the challenge of raiding, but I primarily am in it for the camaraderie and the teamwork. I look forward to socializing and joking with my raid team... something that strikes me as being nigh impossible on a 25 man team. Hence - 10 man raiding is for me. I raid for fun. When I work, I expect to get paid. All that being said - I don't mind if they do something to help 25 man raiders set themselves apart, be it titles or achievements or whatever... as long as it's an aesthetic reward, and not a gearing advantage.
