Honestly? I started PvP healing on my holy paladin fairly late in the game -- in the interstitial period between Seasons 10 and 11 -- and thus far I have found it to be extremely fun and rewarding, much more so than the vast majority of PvE content. It may be the difference in stress differential since, in PvP, you can pretty much *expect* to be dead at least part of the time, pace, and the inherent differences in each encounter but I think I've lucked out inasmuch as I've really never felt the whole "just spam X healing spell" boredom setting in.
