I didn't bother to go to normal mode/heroic dungeons to get ilvl 246 items, I just bought ilvl377 craftable PvP items. Now I regret it.

Last I heard, the original Cata heroics have become a cesspool, full of players unable or unwilling to graduate to the Twilight 3.
