Having a 3HP Inq up isn't too difficult. Remember, you should be refreshing it as part of your regular rotation on Yor'sahj and the ooze anyway, so that shouldn't be an issue.
One thing that I've found, however, is that as Ret you need to be aware of when you're going to be switching to your AOE rotation. For instance, Consecration has a hefty CD, but it still fits inside your single target rotation. Make sure you've got it available for your AOE phase. Against Yor'sahj specifically, don't refresh it when oozes spawn unless it's not going to elad into a Black phase. As well, Consecration and Holy Wrath eat a lot of mana, especially when you're also swapping your seal, so make sure you're topped off ahead of time. There's nothing worse than getting ready to go whole hog on a bunch of adds, only to find the tank's empty and you're waiting for enough mana to regen so you can Judge.
