@TfishWhile that was an incredibly witty turnaround of what Raingod was trying to say, why take the focus off the point? You know what the point is, or you wouldn't have said what you said. By your logic, if I think people are whimps because they say ouch when I kick them in the shin then going and kicking a bunch of people in the shins wouldn't prove me wrong. Fundamentally, you're right, it wouldn't. But the reality is, I'm clearly ignorant and wrong for thinking they are whimps in the first place. Maybe the example isn't the most logical, but it's nonetheless accurate. If you do either of the things in Rains example, it's a good bet that almost everyone will have a problem with it. If you're too dense at that point to realize that maybe you are in fact the one that's wrong for thinking the way you do about it then there's no hope for you in the first place.
