I don't know, Alexstrasza could easily be the healer too as she has dominion over Life.
Everything that gets burned by Red Dragon flames in WoW tends to turn into flowers or plants, healing seems to be sort of her thing.

But then that doesn't leave much for Ysera to do either except sleep.
Maybe Alex is a Discipline-esque damage-dealing healer ;)
