Neltharion was an old-school tank, so he was clearly a shaman tank.
Maly and Nozdormu are both mages. I can see ice/arcane or arcane/arcane. Nozdormu is clearly arcane due to the wibbly wobbly timey wimey aspect getting shoved on us now. (Double entaundre FTW!)
Ysera is likely a druid, but I see her as more of the Balance type.
Alex is the healer - but she's the one I can't figure a class for. Druid or shaman, but neither truly fits, now does it.
