AidyTM: If it's not too late, I thought I'd mention the Splinthide Shoulders, which I found while looking for shoulders to go with the Frostsaber armor: http://www.wowhead.com/item=11685.

The screenshot there is greenish, but some commenters were saying that that's just the lighting. They're off one of the Ring of Law bosses in BRD. Might be worth a look.
