Out of curiousity you say to save the 2nd potion for bloodlust, generally you pop lust @ start of ultrax, as the healers can go in twilight to not get lust at the start, or did I completely miss that?

Also, for MOST (read, Im a warlock) can WoU stacked up with some time left on pot to blow all int scaling cooldowns with WoU stacked up + pot+PT+LW (if tailor), however I am not a shaman so just wanted to say, so please correct me if im too stupid at this time in the morning and missed something (which I guess I am)

He was saying you usually save your second pot for when you lust later in a fight instead of simply timing it with your FET.

He didn't mention lust specifically in context with ultraxion, but just recommended that you use your second pot right before casting your second FET. I think what he meant was that if your guild hits lust at the end of the fight, instead of the beginning, you shouldn't bother waiting for lust, just make sure you time your pot with your second FET.
