As a group, this is true.

There are still 1-2 healers that do the job more than the others. Don't be the others, be one of the healers that keeps everyone alive because YOU saved them.

When you start doing heroic raids, you'll see that you need to be working constantly on keeping everyone alive. Prove that you can do it on normal and your group may be able to reach heroic.
