I've spent the last few weeks trying to figure out why I seem to be the only healer with Mana in long fights but the lowest on the meters myself. This post has me feeling better than its not just me its the spec. That I'm playing it correctly and that few if anyone seems to understand that. This game is becoming about numbers and not about the skill of the players. A good Disp priest is not burning tons of mana, or healing for no reason, or pressing buttons just to be doing something. Being #1 is not what team play is about. Team play is about working together as a group to accomplish the over all goal. That overall goal is progression and completion and repeating the raid. The secondary goal is to achieve a group of people who are consistent, listening and actively building the team's morale and confidence. I don't think there are many raid leaders in this game today who care about the second part at all.
