I'm a mix of lore-freak/walking quest helper (having levelled ten chars to 85 has side-effects like remembering even small quests in a lesser-used leveling zone), the "getting back into raiding, so let's motivate people and get it set up" guy, I craft for the guild bank (flasks, buff food etc.) and try to help with questions regarding specific classes and specs. (Once again, leveling all classes and using most of them in heroics and/or raids helps)
There are quite a few specs Im definitely not a specialist on, but if someone picks a spec I use a lot myself, I enjoy working on the right rotation or priority, gearing etc.
One of our guildies had some issues regarding DPS on her warlock, so we went through her gear together, changing enchants, gems, reforging etc. Then we met at the training dummy and worked on her rotation and priority, and hit an instance right after to try it out.
So I guess I take care of several different things, all of them without being pressured at all, and enjoy it!
