It's not so bad. Wait for the weekly guild challenges to reset, get 2-4 guildmates, and run the normal dungeons (Grim Batol, Stonecore, or Blackrock) for guild EXP. If you're mostly wearing 378's, it should be trivially easy, and shouldn't take more than 30 minutes per run. Reset and repeat until all of you have a Bouquet.

Side note: if you don't run with guildmates, it is very very likely that you'll have an experience like Jaq's, where people drop group right after the Bouquet boss.
