My realm has a severe problem of population (at least horde side, the realm is RP) so i pretty much jump when i realize im the only one online, the guild never does anything as a group, or simply the are happy just doing the same lfr again and again.

I dont think the guild perks and reputation reduced guild hopping. in any case, it just made people thinking twice before doing it :(
