Around Azeroth: Queen of the pirates
Transmogrification superstar Fluufypriest of Insidious on Eonar (US-A) is finally able to sport her red pirate queen outfit without sacrificing any of her killing power. This is also the only time I've ever seen the Robe of Power looking anything but completely ridiculous. Sadly, shortly after this screenshot was taken, her parrot/phoenix accidentally set the wooden beams on fire and burned the ship down.

That's why she should of done what every Pirate Queen/King does with their phoenix-esque parrot, and store it in her hat!

Not to be a killjoy but I have to question the logic of putting a fiery parrot in your hat (or anywhere near your head for that matter).
"Why does it smell like burning hair? "

Altair... you may have yourself a point...
I've always been wondering why I've been smelling hot hair, crispy cranium, and lately singed skull...

Woot! That be me, Y'arr. :P
I may be one of those "love me or hate me" people, but at least I'm a snazzy dresser. :P
I am also working on several other Xmogs for my army of alts. If you're on Eonar, hit me up. I go through a fair amount of Xmog-friendly items (on both horde and ally AH), so I may well have the perfect piece for you.

I love this picture. ^^
The clothes are fun and I like the sunset/sunrise background that matches your clothes.

Anyone able to identify the bits of that set? (Other than the aforementioned robe of course).
Fluufykins Feb 12th 2012 6:34PM
Certainly.

The robe is Robe of Power. It is restricted to tailors only, as the robe is crafted and BOP.
Hat is, of course, Bloodsail Admiral's Hat, from the related achievement.
Belt is Veteran's Silk Belt (PVP, from L70 Isle of QD vendor, I believe)
Shoulder is flarecore mantle, another crafted piece.
The weapon drops in BT.
Tabard is from Wyrmrest Temple.
The rest is basically "generic" black or w/e, as found in AH. There's always a bunch of generic black gloves and boots in there.
Also, the Phoenix "parrot" (lol) is from the heroic 5-man on Isle of QD.

The tabard is a nice touch, to tone down the detail of the robe.

I love the Robe of Power, it's an important part of my early days of WoW on my tailor/mage. And it now comes with +hit (very rare at that level)!

I'm surprised you're not a fan of the Robe of Power. I leveled tailoring just to make it! And then dropped tailoring to re-pick up herbalism.
Observe my wee disc priest! http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/zangarmarsh/Altheny/simple
... okay, that pose is I don't know WTF that is. That's bizarre. Anyway. Observe my powers of accessorizing!
