CaramellDansen isn't Japanese it's Swedish the Japanese just made it into a giant meme.
But it does fit my Belf Pally so perfectly she's sparkly , whilst the tauren, dwarf, and draenai pallies are just more I will beat your face in with my giant hammer.

To clear it up: The original song is by Swedish artist Caramell, hence the name "Caramelldansen". The version that became really popular, however, is the Speedycake remix - by Japanese DJ Speedycake. =D The more you know!
