I don't play fluffy Belf Pallies and the game won't allow you (yet) to play fluffy Gnome Paladins.

So for Paladins Id say Anvil's Juggernaut of Justice http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dEZICHQ-4LM fits the bill better.

Their classic Metal on Metal http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FhpVtNw7hd4 fits Death Knights nicely, too.
