One tip I would recommend to any PvPer is to keybind to your mouse wheel. I'm not talking about clicking the middle button on your mouse, but rather unmapping the camera zoom (remap it to something else). This will give you mouse wheel UP and mouse wheel DOWN, plus the ability to add ctrl-alt-shift modifiers as well.
