The Queue: Creepiest class combo

An alternative title for today's Queue would be "I Hate Heroic Hagara." Why? Because everyone standing in a cross pattern and being perfect at their positioning is damn hard. That, and I have to click off stamina buffs just to live through the Watery Enchantment, because 12k ticks of damage is a lot easier to live through than 20k ticks. For some reason, that just makes me rage.
Anyway, these are all first-world problems, and I really don't hate heroic Hagara. I love her.
Discol asked:
I am wanting to use the new Real ID raiding feature to organize and lead old-school raids (Molton Core through Icecrown) but the issue is that I don't know where to find people who are willing to do this. Are there Real ID raiding communities springing up anywhere?
Mat wrote an article about this earlier in the month that I'd suggest you check out. I haven't had the opportunity to raid like this yet, but I know some people are really enjoying it. I really think there's a huge opportunity here for social raiding on a regional level. It could be even more interesting if it's ever able to go global.
Krsnik also commented on the issue, and I think it's worth repeating:
Just a heads-up, Reddit.com has started their own cross-realm raiding groups over on reddit. Alliance and Horde have both had great success in raiding content from BC, Wrath and beyond! We're all loving this feature; it feels like it's a fresh breath of air into this seven year-old game.

Creepyist race/class/spec combo: go!
Human male priest.
Puntable asked:
Does anyone think that flying mounts are getting a little bit too large?
I don't think that they're getting too large, but in some ways I do think that they're getting a little too artistic. There is beauty in simplicity, and I'd like to see some simpler flying mounts come out. For instance, I often find myself flying on the old original gryphons.
But that's just my taste.
Puntable also asked:
Since Wrath, leveling gear has had very bland models. Now that we have Transmog, do you think we will see any new interesting green and crafted armor "sets" like they made in Vanilla?
I don't think we'll see a revamp of leveling again any time soon, if ever, so I wouldn't expect that gear to change again. I do think we could see some awesome crafting gear though, especially stuff that's just made to look bad ass and be used for 85 to 90 leveling.
Some people asked on my last Queue:
What'd you do before WoW Insider, Adam?
I worked for the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra, a great community/regional orchestra. I was the production and personnel manager, basically taking care of our musicians and putting on a bunch of big classical concerts. It was an amazing job for a 20-something-year-old, and I don't think I ever learned as much anywhere, including college. If you ever have the opportunity to work for a nonprofit, I suggest you do. You learn how to create amazing things with very few resources, and that makes a for-profit business all the easier.

I'm unreasonably excited about the new druid talent, Symbiosis (?), even though my highest level druid is somewhere in the 20s. I just love the idea of seeing mirror imaged boomkins, or getting a new special spell from my adorable kitty friend. Our holy pally can have a battle rez!
The spell is still in early development, obviously, so there's room for us to make lots of comments. What spell would you like to be given by your friendly neighborhood druid, and what spell of yours would be great to let them cast in return?
Vorenos Feb 16th 2012 11:11AM
as a prot warrior, it would be fun to cast starfall (thats the big AoE one that rains meteor lookin things right?), it would make AoE tanking interesting...
xvkarbear Feb 16th 2012 11:15AM
Try having a druid as a main! I told Zarhym to tell the designer who came up with Symbiosis that I would kiss him/her for it.
I can't wait to find out what the other combinations could potentially be.

The daily blink answered this one.
Aquatic form for everybody!
ravyncat Feb 16th 2012 11:20AM
I kind of dig the explodey mushroom things. That might be fun to get.
In return I would let them have--I'm assuming it would be a boomkin--howling blast.

The Daily Blink has you covered (and in stitches!)

Yeah, can't wait to be able to fart out a Avengers Shield while tanking.

creepiest class/race combo? any draenei male...
Brett Porter Feb 16th 2012 11:25AM
Well I would qualify that with any Draenei male casting class... I was creating a new alt for funzies last night and accidentally clicked Draenei male priest when looking at all the different options.
They just look ridiculous. Worse, I think, than orc male casters.
Caz Feb 16th 2012 11:52AM
No, no, NO. It's the beardless male gnome - any class.
Jamie Feb 16th 2012 11:55AM
So that's why before the gnome priests came in. I called my male Draenei priest, Dubious.
JoelT Feb 17th 2012 5:42PM
Dwarven Warlock? Really?
Frostymage Feb 16th 2012 2:07PM
I think Adam hit it on head. Human male priests...ewww. especially the ones that hang out with gnomes...
Snuzzle Feb 16th 2012 5:20PM
Undead male DK. Their voice actually gets HIGHER with the filter, not lower, and for some reason tha creeps me out to no end.

Question for the Queue:
The MoP talent calculator was recently updated. On the druid page, I notice that there are now 4 druid specs- the originals and "guardian" a separate spec for the bear tank. Did we know about this upcoming change before, and do you think it's smart of Blizzard to give druids 4 specs while all other classes have 3?
Nina Katarina Feb 16th 2012 11:12AM
Yeah, they mentioned the 4th druid spec at Blizzcon, but it was drowned out with all the PANDASWTFOMGBBQQQQ!
raingod Feb 16th 2012 11:18AM
The fourth spec was known about since Blizzcon I believe, certainly not new news; as for whether it's a good idea or not I guess that remains to be seen. Seems rather silly to me and one of my 85's is a Druid.
tmenzel Feb 16th 2012 11:25AM
This question was heavily addressed. Months ago when they announced the Guardian spec, debating the virtues of a fourth tree was all the rage.
Matt Feb 16th 2012 11:25AM
There have been 4 druid specs on the Mists talent page since its creation...
Antonius.Prime Feb 16th 2012 11:26AM
This change was made when Mists was announced. It's just people forgot about it.
As for smart? Well, they say it makes more sense for them, seeing as talents aren't tied to specs anymore.
Conceivably, they could reduce, say, hunters, to 1 spec and call it done.
Personally, I hope they go the other way, and add more specs, or sub-specs. Like A shaman thats talents are all about speaking to spirits. Or ranged rogue.
What kind of sub specs would others like to see?
