Should Blizzard leave heroic encounter difficulty alone?

You seem to have got the wrong end of the stick, the article is talking about heroic mode raiding not heroic dungeons.

On topic, I'm not that keen on the nerfs to heroic mode. I like the idea that the "best" will clear heroic content, while those who aren't as good (such as myself) still have access to all of the lore and the chance to have a go at what those at the top manage to do even if we fail. It just seems fair that there is a distinction between those who can do it and those who can't.
