Should Blizzard leave heroic encounter difficulty alone?

I think the heroics should be impossibly hard, however they do not drop better gear then the normals. What they drop is unique gear for use with transmogging. That gives the top end elitist the E-peen factor they want, and it keeps the game much easier to balance.

And yeah, I would want blizzard to never lower the difficulty of the heroics.
