So I'm gonna vote NO to the Yaks as the pandaren racial. Actually the Ox is more prevalent in Asian culture but that might be offensive to the Tauren.

I'd vote for the Nimbus Cloud (!) and the Frog as a dropped or rep mount. The Brewcart could be an updated version of the Traveling Tundra Mammoth. Engineers could craft the rocket chair.
