Now Ilum is a different story. That's very much repeating the same mistakes that WoW did with Wintergrasp. The zone is too large and unmetered populations and unbalanced factions do make it extremely lopsided and laggy from time to time. The run back from death to where the combat is huge and if you get focused down early in the fight (i.e. look a healer, KILL IT) you get nothing but a long run.
I'm just wondering if the team that developed these things did any research into PVP issues in WoW or any other games before the implemented the zone. It's got a lot of the same problems that were (sorta) fixed between WG and TB.
