1. Healers don't immediately reappear right in the action, you need to learn what you are talking about. Also, enemy players can be raid marked! Which means healers usually have a nice visible target over their head all the time.
2. Again, you have no idea what you are talking about. There are no quests like there are for WoW's battlegrounds. The objectives are things like kill X people, cast a heal for X amount, points for defending, for killing blows, etc. They just add up to bonus points at the end.
3. Here we have a third example of ignorance. World pvp in WoW is just as bad as it is in SWTOR. Anyone remember all the issues with Wintergrasp? Also, AV had some serious lag at times, but that was years ago when it was actually a pvp battleground instead of a zergfest with some red names getting in the way of killing the npc.
